Why Latin America?

About us

Brad and Roxana met on a mission field in Guatemala, both referred by friends who saw God's hand at work.

Brad had served with YWAM, worked with runaway youth on Vancouver's Granville Street, and ministered in Cuban churches. He felt called to serve in Guatemala during the winter months, sensing God was preparing him for transition.

Roxana, a medical physician, had brought churches together in her hometown to reach their community. When the opportunity came to serve in missions, it led her to Guatemala's clinic.

The Divine Encounter

Brad heard a doctor was coming to the clinic. Having worked with Latino physicians before, he pictured an older gentleman in a guayabera shirt. When he went to help with luggage, instead of an elderly man, a beautiful young lady stepped out. He was genuinely confused for a moment!

Our Journey Together

After marrying, Brad and Roxana lived in Canada for 14 years, raising two sons—Andrew and Stephen. Roxana obtained citizenship and tried importing business while Brad completed his theology degree.
They discovered their shared calling: mobilizing others for missions. Starting with "Talking Missions" in Canada, they encouraged people to serve Jesus Christ. This led them back to Latin America and eventually to Costa Rica, where they now work primarily with the Assemblies of God Costa Rica.

Our Mission Today

We mobilize local churches to reach their neighbourhoods and raise missionaries who will do the same worldwide. We're building relationships across Costa Rica and Latin America, training churches and missionaries in multiple countries. Through passionate partnerships, we're seeing groups reproduce and create Disciple-Making Movements.
Brad jokes he's the CEO, but Roxana is the COO—she makes things happen. As this movement builds momentum, we are in need of team members from both Costa Rica and Canada who are looking to join a Kingdom Adventure.

Will you consider being part of our story?

We work alongside local churches throughout Latin America to equip, empower, and engage Latino believers in fulfilling the Great Commission both locally and globally.

What We Do

We provide local believers with simple, reproducible training that transforms how they approach ministry and missions. Our programs are designed for multiplication, not just participation.

We're helping the Latin American church discover and embrace their unique calling as missionary senders, developing the infrastructure and vision needed to send workers to the harvest field.

Latino missionaries have unprecedented access to difficult-to-reach regions around the world. We're preparing them to engage these strategic opportunities with cultural sensitivity and biblical faithfulness.

Our Proven Approach

Engaging communities through mission-driven initiatives and partnerships.

Our methodology centers on multiplication rather than addition:

- Easy to learn and implement - removing barriers to participation

- Designed to be retaught by participants to others

- Focused on creating ongoing discipleship networks that extend far beyond our direct involvement

This transforms our role from primary trainers to mentors and coaches, as local believers take full ownership of the mission.

Simple, Reproducible Training

Providing a solid biblical foundation for understanding the Great Commission mandate, along with practical tools for fulfilling it in:

- Their neighborhoods

- Their communities

- The hardest-to-reach places in the world

Two Core Training Programs

Comprehensive equipping that enables believers to:

- Share their faith with confidence and effectiveness

- Begin discipling new believers immediately upon conversion

- Prepare those with missionary callings for international service

The Results We're Seeing

"We have seen fruit as local believers begin implementing our training and catching the vision for international missions."

This ministry is creating reproducible and sustainable growth throughout Latin America. Local churches aren't just sending missionaries—they're becoming missionary-sending churches.

"The goal is to create national and international missionaries and to help the church develop an excitement for raising and sending!"

Rather than depleting local congregations, our model ensures that departing missionaries leave behind stronger, more mature churches through intentional leadership development and multiplication.

"We recognize that this work cannot be done alone. We are deeply grateful to our partnering churches and the remarkable people who share the heavy load with us on this journey. Without your partnership, dedication, and unwavering support, our mission would not be possible. This is truly a collaborative effort—we're not doing this in isolation, but together as a community. Thank you for walking alongside us, carrying the burden with us, and making this shared vision a reality through your faithful service."
